You submit a request through the website form or by email. We reach out to discuss your project at a high level.
After the initial conversation, we assess the need for an NDA. For most projects involving sensitive data, this is standard practice.
OBSIDIAN prepares the agreement — standard or extended format, depending on the scope and confidentiality requirements of the engagement.
The document is signed with qualified electronic signatures by both parties. Each party receives their copy via a secure channel.
Only after the NDA is signed do we proceed to discuss project details and begin work.
